| The most important part of any interior design project is the planning phase. Karen Sellenraad plans every project carefully so the client will enjoy living in their new home, and in larger projects, they may even experience an increase in the value of their entire home or property. |

| In commercial projects, the client will actually see a definite increase in business and/or productivity. |

| Karen L. Sellenraad, ASID works very hard to make sure that any client she works with is happy with their home. She will do things as small as silk flower arrangements, or as large as designing a period library, or a multi station kitchen, or space planning for a large estate. |
